Sharing God’s Gifts – Archbishop’s Appeal

Last week, our parish was invited to participate in the Archbishop’s Appeal: Sharing God’s Gifts. It is an annual appeal Sharing God's Gifts Progress meterin support of our Archdiocesan pastoral service  – Catholics living out the spirit of their faith in support of our parishes, youth, missions and institutions. It is working to ensure that the sacrifices of past generations are built upon for the benefit of the future.

This year, St. Gianna’s joins with all other parishes of the Archdiocese of Winnipeg to ensure the continued pastoral ministry of the our Archdiocese. Our parish target has been set at $89,000. Gratefully, in the pre-appeal effort, $60,000 has already been contributed.

All parishioners are asked to share in achieving our parish goal. Over the next two weeks, all are asked to consider their gift and to return it with their next Sunday offering. Donation forms are available on the Sharing God’s Gifts display board in the narthex, as well as at our parish office. Please complete the form and return it to our parish office either in-person or via the Sunday offertory basket, so that your gift may be counted on our progress display board as we work to reach our parish target.
