With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Rowell Raganas.
He will be deeply missed by his wife of 29 years, Maila, son Marco, his mother Madelina, sister Adeline, brother Romeo, Jr, sister-in-law Josephine, and nephew John Joseph. He was predeceased by his father Romeo, Sr.
Rowell was born in the Philippines. He was an Electrical Engineer by profession and practiced as such for 20 years in Saudi Arabia before he moved to Winnipeg in June 2011. He worked as a Technical Support Specialist at B. A. Robinson Co. Ltd. for the past 12 years.
There was never a dull moment with Rowell. He enjoyed watching hockey and playing golf in his spare time. Music played a major part in his life. He was a bassist, drummer, and a choir member in his parish, St. Gianna Beretta Molla Roman Catholic Church.
Rowell will be remembered as a selfless and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend and colleague. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

A memorial service was held on April 13, 2023, at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3T 5Y4.
The Funeral Mass took place on Friday, April 14, 2023, at St. Gianna Beretta Molla Roman Catholic Church, 15 Columbia Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 0R5.
