September 21, 1943 – May 14, 2019

Peacefully, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Victoria I. Rano passed away at the age of 75 years.

Victoria is survived by her only child, Dulce Villanueva; her grandchildren, Dominique Rafael (Meagan Vella), Danielle Rafael (Jerell Villamor) and Desiree Rafael (Duncan Black); her great-grandchildren, Logan Vella and Lily Rafael; her sisters, Concordia (Sancho) Hernando, Crispina Hart, Aurora (Lito) Arambulo of Los Angeles; her brother Porfirio (Linda) Cruz of Philippines; her ex-husband Francisco Rano; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Victoria was predeceased by her parents, Ireneo and Nieves Cruz; her sisters, Carmen (Juvenal) Gonzalez of Los Angeles and Rosalinda (Crisanto) Torres of Philippines; her brothers, Rafael (Barbara) Cruz and Francisco (Aida) Cruz both of Philippines.

Victoria I. Rano will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight, Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg. Prayers at 7:00 p.m.
